Steeped in good vibes, the theme is Love. Says music journalist Bernard Zuel, “No Weapon But Love” is “a slice of early ‘70s George Harrison without the heavy hand of Phil Spector - if you aren’t echoing the ‘love love love love love’ backing vocals by the 90 second mark I’m afraid you are clinically deaf. Or dead.”
Coupled with B-side “Can You Feel My Love”, this release takes you on a journey of lush harmonies, dulcet vocal tones, and sleek guitar craftsmanship leaving just the sweet sentiment of grooving guitar pop.

Icecream Hands are a Melbourne band made up of band members Charles Jenkins (guitar, vocals), Douglas Lee Robertson (bass, vocals), Derek G Smiley (drums, vocal) and Marcus Goodwin (guitar, vocals). Formed in 1992, they have proven to be master craftsmen with a knack for delivering harmony drenched, classic guitar-driven melodic rock. Stalwarts of the Australian music scene, they have six albums under their belt along with two ARIA nominations.

We are honored to celebrate and share the return of new music by the band with this single, and can't wait to hear what else they have in store for all of us, eagerly waiting.
